know valid vectors and SNR

Hi to all,

Is there any way to display the number of valid vector over the total vectors and the average signal to noise ratio?

S2N is not calculated in PIVlab, and there are also quite a number of different definitions for the S2N in PIV data. You can count the amount of valid and erroneous vectors by exporting the whole data to the Matlab worspace, and then have a look at the matrix "typevector". It contains information on valid, interpolated and erroneous vectors.

I've seen the "typevector" matrix. There are 0s and 1s, which is the meaning of them?

Ehen you click "export to Matlab workspace, a message should have been printed to the command window which explains the meaning of the variables. Is it not showing up?
