S2N is not calculated in PIVlab, and there are also quite a number of different definitions for the S2N in PIV data. You can count the amount of valid and erroneous vectors by exporting the whole data to the Matlab worspace, and then have a look at the matrix "typevector". It contains information on valid, interpolated and erroneous vectors.
